Message	It should have a fair amount of resistance but shouldn't be frozen in place or spin easily. Very strange problem with the boosting. While you are checking for leaks and the boost controller I would also do a power balance test by pulling the coil pack connectors one at a time. Then I would also ohm each of your injectors (should be around 10-14 ohms I believe). '91 TT
